These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VisaAxis website (the "Site") and the consultancy services we provide. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

VisaAxis provides immigration advisory and application-handling services in respect of South African visas, residency permits, and related corporate immigration matters. Detailed scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any specific engagement will be set out in a separate written mandate or engagement letter signed between you and VisaAxis.

3. No outcome guarantee

The grant or refusal of any visa, permit, or residency application rests entirely with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities. While we apply our skill and experience to maximise your prospects of success, we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, processing time, or approval.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documentation
• Notify us promptly of any change in your circumstances or contact details
• Pay our fees and any disbursements when due in terms of the mandate
• Comply with all applicable laws in connection with your application

5. Fees and payment

Our professional fees and any third-party disbursements (e.g. Home Affairs fees, courier costs, translations) will be set out in the engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Website content

7. Intellectual property

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaAxis, its directors, employees and consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services. Our aggregate liability in respect of any engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to VisaAxis under that engagement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement on written notice. On termination, fees for work properly performed up to the date of termination remain payable.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
